It is mainly used to quickly take out shaped steel samples for spectral analysis. It has the characteristics of simple structure,
convenient application and time saving, high sampling rate (98%), and full, dense, smooth and no pores.It is widely used in
steelmaking, converter continuous casting, secondary refining and other processes.

Usage Method

1. Insert the sampler into the special measuring gun.
2. During the measurement, the steel sampler is tilted 60-65 ° into the steel with an insertion depth of more than 350mm, and the sampling time is 4-6s.
3. After the sampler is taken out of the metal furnace, the steel sample will fall to the ground after it is gently knocked on the ground.

Attention

1. The sampler must be protected from moisture during storage
